What surprised you most about working with A New Veteran is that it takes a non-profit group dedicated to helping disabled veterans to literally walk them through, step by step, to get them the benefits they are entitled to due to the bureaucracy and red tape set up by the very government that our veterans laid down their very lives for. It was also surprising that, with that help, the timeline could be cut down so drastically – from years to months, simply by having proper guidance.
